1. Decide Ownership

2. Build the Right Team
- [ ] Hire/appoint 1 Creative Strategist → does customer research, writes full scripts, briefs ads, tracks results.

3. Run In-House Shoots
- [ ] Schedule one shoot every 4–6 weeks.

- [ ] Split into pods to multiply output (if possible):

- Pod 2 → podcast-style clips.
- Pod 3 → street interviews.
